At Risely digital d.o.o., protecting the personal data of our employees, users, business partners, and other individuals we interact with is a top priority and an essential part of our business operations. Our “privacy policy” complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, effective from May 25, 2018.

What data we collect, for what purpose, and how long we keep your data

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Job applicants (selection process): If you apply for a job at Risely digital d.o.o., we collect and process your personal information based on legitimate interest and your consent. We collect the minimum data necessary to evaluate potential candidates for employment.

Employees: We collect basic personal information of employees based on legitimate interests related to employment rights, compliance with legal requirements, job placement (such as organizing travel, benefits), and tracking and developing employees.

External associates: We collect and process personal data of external associates (such as students, contractors) for the purpose of contract execution based on legitimate interests.

All data is deleted after the end of its intended purpose or the termination of the contractual relationship, and no later than the expiration of any statutory obligations related to data storage. After retention periods expire, we either remove personal information from our systems and archives or anonymize it.

With whom we share your data

We may share your personal data with third parties based on legitimate interest, legal obligation, or explicit consent in the following cases:

Legal compliance and prevention of misuse: Personal data may be forwarded to regulatory bodies within and outside the Republic of Croatia to fulfill legal obligations or prevent misuse.

Fulfilling contractual obligations: Personal data may be shared with external associates for business cooperation, under contracts that include personal data protection measures.

Financial institutions: Data may be shared with financial institutions (e.g., Fina).

We ensure that all data protection measures are in place during data transfer, transmitting only the minimum required data, and respecting processing limitations.

Personal data is primarily processed in the Republic of Croatia, with occasional processing in other countries under appropriate data protection measures as required by EU regulations.

Right to access: You have the right to obtain confirmation about the processing of your personal data, the purpose, categories of data processed, and the recipients of your data.

Right to rectification: If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request a correction or provide additional information.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): You can request the deletion of your data if it is no longer necessary for its original purpose, if you withdraw consent, if you object to processing, or if the data was processed unlawfully.

Right to restrict processing: You can request the restriction of your data processing if you contest its accuracy, if the processing is unlawful and you oppose deletion, if the data is no longer needed by us but required by you for legal claims, or if you object to processing.

Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another data controller.

Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time, and we will cease processing your data for the stated purposes.

Right to object: You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time, and we will stop processing it unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for legal claims.

Third parties with whom we have business relationships and who process personal data are contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations.
