Rise to the challenge with Risely! We’re on the hunt for a Head of Content & Creative to lead our vibrant team of social media managers, content writers, copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, and more. This role is crucial for overseeing all our content and creative output, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our clients’ brand and communication strategies.
Key Reposibilities Include:
- Leading a diverse team of creatives, including social media managers, content writers, copywriters, designers, photographers, and more.
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of social media content, web content, creative concepts, and campaigns.
- Crafting and executing brand and communication strategies that hit the mark with target audiences.
- Managing the design and production of various creative assets.
- Ensuring top-notch quality for all content and creative work delivered by the agency.
- Coordinating with internal and external team members for cohesive and effective content strategies.
- Setting and maintaining high standards for creative excellence and innovative thinking.
- Managing project timelines to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Mentoring, guiding, and fostering professional growth for team members.
- Participating in client acquisition efforts, including creating proposals, presenting pitches, and engaging in client discussions.

Who We Are Looking For?
The ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader with extensive experience in content and creative strategy, and a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within a digital, creative, or media agency, or a digital department of a company.
- Demonstrated experience managing content and creative projects, including social media, web content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand and communication strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Croatian and English.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- A focus on continuous growth and development for both the team and the agency.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate beyond traditional approaches.
Salary Range
Competitive salary between 1600 and 2200 EUR net (or 2500 to 3300 EUR gross) per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
