Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with clients to plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

   

• Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

   

• Writing compelling copy tailored to each client’s voice, ensuring a consistent tone and message across all channels.

   

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver cohesive visual assets.

   

• Monitoring trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour to upgrade the monthly content and strategy proactively.

   

• Managing community engagement by responding to messages and comments in a timely manner.

   

• Analysing performance data through monthly reports and delivering insights to boost desired metrics.

   

• Staying ahead of platform updates and best practices to ensure high-impact presence for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone confident in brainstorming fresh ideas, tracking performance, and, ideally, bringing a strong visual sense and basic design skills to the table.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or brand environment (not mandatory).
• Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
• Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop are a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Croatian and English.
• Knowledge of the latest digital trends, social media culture, and audience engagement drivers.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
• A team player committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Respect for internal rules, strong time management, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
